"Call for Programs" Reservation:
Through March and April of a given calendar year, CSI Scheduling accepts reservation requests for its major and outdoor spaces for the following academic year through its "Call for Programs" process. All such "Call for Programs" requests are considered in totality through the month of May. Reservations are assigned at the start of June with the efficient/effective use of space a top priority. Upon the completion of a given academic year's "Call for Programs," all CSI Scheduling-controlled spaces are opened up to first-come/first-served reservation through commencement of that year.
The 2013/14 "Call for Programs" has drawn to a close; the 2014/15 "Call for Programs" will begin in March of 2014.
CSI Scheduling is now accepting first-come/first-served requests for all of its spaces through May 2, 2014, as outlined below. All Spaces can be requested or reserved through the NUSSO System. To access NUSSO, please log in to the myNEU portal and click on the link labeled as such. More information on all spaces below can be found on the NUSSO website.
