Renewing Your Organization Registration for Fall 2013
All recognized student organizations are required to register with the Campus Activities Office each fall and spring semester. Organizations may begin renewing their organizations for the Fall 2013 semester on April 22, 2013. The deadline to renew your organization is August 2, 2013.
What you need to do to re-register for Fall 2013:
1. Renew your organization profile within OrgSync. To do this, an administrator of the organization must log into the group page and click on the "Settings" section on the left menu. This profile contains the Anti-Hazing Agreement. The date of electronic signature should be updated as should the name of the person agreeing to the form (if different.)
2. A member of your student organization is also required to view the two videos at the bottom of this webpage on the program planning process as well as policies and procedures pertaining to running your organization and complete the short quiz.
3. Your group must have at least 12 active members "joined" to your organization within the OrgSync system. You may invite members to join your group, or they may request to join. For questions on how to do this, please call our front desk at 617-373-2642.
Please note: If your organization's advisor filled out the Banner Access form in Fall 2012, your organization will NOT need to complete it again. If you have a new advisor or if your advisor did not complete it in the Fall, he or she must complete it this semester. Directions for this form can be found here: http://neu.orgsync.com/sabo.
